Re: Coil spring isolators

Thanks! I am definitely going to do them this summer. Paired with the Bilstein shocks it should be like getting a new ride.

Can you post up some more pictures of your setup? I am thinking of going for the factory UC springs instead of a higher lift, and I'm particularly interested in a before/after picture if you have it.

Also, I'm a little confused about your rear air springs- are those in place of a coil spring or in addition to the coil spring? If they replace the coil spring, was the "lift" from the air spring comparable to what the UC coil would have provided in the rear? Just trying to get a feel for what my Jeep might look like.

BTW- your contributions here and setup convinced me to sign up for JG

Re: Coil spring isolators

I replaced them when I put my lift on. I figured it was a good thing to do while I had it apart. They weren't all that bad to tell you the truth but I did it anyway. I got them all from Rock Auto for about $120 shipped.
