After 153k miles, and being forced off the road at 72mph (its a miracle I didn't roll), my WJ needs new tierods. Any suggestions? My mechanic quoted me at around $450 for the job, including the new rods at $62 ea.
MOOG 100% all the way. They are bigger, heavier duty, all have grease fittings. they are the best out there. i grabbed myn off advanceauto.com used promo codes while seperating the orders out and ended up paying $50 per, then grabbed new moog adjuster sleeves for $60 together. did moog ball joints same time as well. really tightened up the truck. moogs warrenties are the best as well. NAPA i believe is moog as well.
