Suspension Heights

Can anyone confirm the standard height on the rear of a 2003 Larado wj 4 litre Is it measured from the center of the wheel to the underside of the guard or the bottom of the rim to the underside of the guard? the tyre size is245/70/16 sorry i am not sure what that is in inches thanks for your assistance

I assumed you measure from the center of the wheel to under side of fender in the center.
