Does anyone out there have a kit to upgrade the brake lines. I had them one of my fun cars and loved the pedal feel. Just curious if there is a demand for them Earls and Good Ridge Racing are down the street from me they make all kinds of custom brake line setups for all the indy cars/off road/bikes and everything else. Just wanted to see what was out there before I went that route. IF anyone has a bad set of brake lines (the rubber parts and fittings leading to all the calipers). Send them to me possibly, maybe I can see how much it would cost for a set for the front and rear. Possibly get a group buy to bring down costs.

Also are the calipers/ rotors bigger on the V8 WJ just wondering if anyone has upgrade that area at all either.

If anyone can point me to a vendor that carries brake lines already for the WJ let me know

Thanks

Trust me on this one. Go with the Goodridges and pick up the A arm line from Classic. I had all kind of fitment issues with the Classic Tube front lines especially if you have a late '03 or '04. Don't get me wrong, they hung in there till we got it right but my Jeep was on jack stands for a month because I finally had to send them my original hoses to copy. The Goodridges are all flexible ss from frame to caliper and CT uses pre bent hard line sections in between(which aren't stainless by the way) and the bends were wrong for my calipers twice.

yeah I had goodridges on my Z. They are used on the Indy Cars as well so they make good stuff. I will go with that setup like your talking about. Also like I mentioned I have ATE calipers/ slotted /dimpled rotors(fronts). But was wondering if the calipers/rotors where larger on the v8jeeps would make a nice upgrade with out getting a big brake kit. If someone could take some measurements of the calipers and rotors. I have a laredo so I know I have plain jain calipers. Wasn't sure if you would have to have a 17" wheel maybe not sure what the Limited comes with stock.
