brake calipers

So, I've already changed the front brakes/rotors and they were akebono. I'm 99% sure the rears are teves, but I'm confused on the site where I'm ordering the pads from. Basically, what's the difference between ATE and teves? Are they the same thing, or different. From what I've read, it's the same, but I just wanted to confirm before ordering them.

Re: brake calipers

As far as i know the only option for the rear brake calipers is Teves. Never heard of ATE.

Re: brake calipers

99 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Brake Pad Set - Brake - ATE Premium One Ceramic, Akebono, Bendix, Centric, EBC, Hawk, Monroe, NPN, PBR, Top Stop, Wagner, Front, Rear - PartsGeek

Looking at that list of pads, there's an option for ATE calipers.

And when looking at this http://www.dj-sures.com/GraphicFiles...20calipers.pdf it basically makes it seem like they're the same thing.
