Re: Brakes/Rotors

I love the EBC setup with the upgraded front calipers. They DO squeal a little sometimes but that is normal for slotted and dimpled.

Ryan this is why I suggest go with smooth rotors. I have slotted and its hell it squeals and gurgles all the time, I even made a thread. Hannes (Dreamer) warned me in advanced not to get these styles because they make noise. I should have listened to him considering he had drilled. So don't make the same mistake I did .

Re: Brakes/Rotors

Don't know if im too late to help so here I go. Why exactly r u replacing all 4 rotors and pads? From what I get from your posts You are not to mechanicaly inclined when it comes to vehicles, no offense so dont get mad.
Were you told by a shop or mechanic that you needed all 4 sets of your break's done or just one set, ie front or rear? When one set wears out, ie front set. You do not have to replace the other set, ie rear at the same time. If you get new pads or rotors for the front then you only need to replace the parts on that set, not the Rears too. Most cars will be on the second set of rotors and pads before the rears wear out the first set.
Just from what I get it sounds like money is an issue and i don't want to see you spend money on parts you dont have too when they are still good.
