Getting a lift, what're biggest wheels/tires?

Hey guys,

I'm new to these forums and jeeps. I bought a used 2002 Grand Cherokee Limited 4.7 HO. Now it's time to start upgrading... I was planning on doing a 1.5" lift, and I'm wondering how big I can get these wheels and tires.

My original plan was to grab wheels with 0mm offset (to avoid spacers) and do some kind of wheel well mod or fender flares. Would I be able to get 285/75/17 or even 295/75/17 on there? Any advice or suggestions would be great.

To fit 285 or 295 you'll need around 4" of lift and to do some fender work
