Re: New tires; Suggestions?

Just bought Nitto 850 Premium CUVs from TireBuyer for $115 ea. and I must say that they are one of the best tires I have ever run on. Very aggressive and are V rated /AA for traction/A for temperature and 500 treadwear rating...they can't be beat for the price and ballanced perfectly...one tire didn't even need any weights!...pretty damn good, considering this is with the hard-to-ballance stock clad wheels...I couldn't be happier.

They come with 50,000 mile warranty and I went with the 255/60R17s.

He's not lying...regular rotation and proper air pressure and you can get that kind of mileage out of these. Every truck and SUV should come with these on from the factory....

New tires Thursday and new lights! Fantastic day! (Will finally put some pictures of the Jeep up )
Kumho tires are good. The ones you linked to look a lot like Bridgestone Dueler AT Revos, which I highly recommend. They're more expensive though. For your budget, I think the Kumhos will be great for a mainly street tire. I've used Revos, BFG AT KOs, and Goodyear Duratracs. The Revos are the least aggressive of the bunch but they're excellent on-road, in the snow/ice, and even do well in the dirt.

Re: New tires; Suggestions?

I got brand new Kelly Safari's for 420 installed! I always used to get BFG's for my wrangler but this time on my JGC i got a deal. Their perfect for everyday driving, I got 25 miles to work and 11 to school everyday. and no problem going through anything in them. I like them better than any set of BFG's, ive ever had
