Rear Brake Chirp

Okay guys I need your help. I have a 2000 wj with a 4.7. I have a chirp/ squeak coming from the left rear brake. It starts chirping and chirps faster as I speed up until the motor drones it out. It's very annoying. It also clicks as the car come to a stop. All noises are coming from the left rear. I've just replaced the pads, rotor, and caliper bracket and it hasn't helped except for maybe a few days. The squeak seems to be getting louder. I did grease and replace the slide pins also. Thanks!

Re: Rear Brake Chirp

are you sure its not a axle bearing going out. i would think if its brake related you could duplicate it with the wheels off the ground, whereas with a bearing taking the load off of it would probably quiet it down. sorry cant be more helpful

Re: Rear Brake Chirp

Anything is possible, but the rear bearing is fairly new. Also this is a high pitched squeak not a roar. It stops shortly after I touch the brakes and is quiet until the vehicle stops, then makes a clicking sound. Speed back up and it starts back up with the high pitched squeak.
