teves calipers

im a newbee on jeeps and i need to change my brake pad i know i have the teves crappy calipers, my question is what tool do you guys use to take of the bolts that hold the palipes in place. its not a usual sucket i know that lol

Are you asking about the 7mm allen head slider bolts under the plastic caps? If so I use a 7mm allen tool that fits a 3/8 drive ratchet. Be sure to lube those sliders before putting it back together.

Also try using spell check, your post is kind of hard to understand.

thanks, that helps alot. i did not see what was behind those plastic caps since i did not have much light to work with. and sorry did not double check what i wrote, i was in a hurry
