tire and rims ideas

HI guys,
I have a 2002 wj with a set of 22" rims. I want to switch to some mud tires and 17" or 18" rims. I know i want them to be even with the quarter panel and not in like factory. I looking for ideas for rims and tires. I put a 4" lift on my jeep last summer and the tires are too small now. Thanks
