Re: Two Different Brake Rotors for '99 Model Year?
Thanks to all of you that replied! I like doing my own work, and now I know which rotor & pad combo to use. For the last decade, I think I went through at least 15 rotors & pads, before noticing, it wasn't my driving nor this wasn't normal on trucks. I have a 3 series BMW that I bought 15 years ago, and replaced the rotor & pads three times. I just thought trucks burn through brakes more often because of the weight that they need to carry to stop.
After switching to some slotted rotors, I hope this solves the problem.
