convert jpg to bmp

Does anybody have adobe photoshop and if so can somebody kindly convert the attached from jpg to 800x480 16 bit bmp file rgb565

Just open it in whatever software you have and then 'save as' BMP.

I don't see any photo attached.

You can't attach until after some mumble number of postings.
Hopefully if you need another conversion you have enough to be able to attach, but Gimp is nice open source and well supported with plugins for import/export--and your details in your request tended to indicate that you could handle its somewhat hardcore graphics geek interface unless it has become kinder and gentler since last time I used it.
