Does theback ground HAVE to be black?

Just wondering if the background has to be black? Hard on my eyes, but I am not very frequent here lately--was just wondering..
How about a light gray or neutral green/blue?

Hard on your eyes? It's much easier on them than staring at text against a light colored background. That's my experience being a CAD designer. Oh well, to each their own.

If you scroll down to the bottom of your screen... on the left you'll see a pull down box, which is the quick style chooser. Those are your available choices.

Yes, thanks. The white letters on a black background was really hard for me to read. And for whatever reason it just felt kind of claustrophobic. The other two options are much, much better. Kudos to the website developer for making the options available.
