How to "Thank" someone?

Hello - brand new to this site and have replied to a couple of threads, but can't seem to find out how to thank someone for their post/effort... I have thanked someone in the actual post, but it appears that there is a way to do this more efficiently - maybe an icon?

No pun intended, but thank you!

Russ

Level III, IV, and lifetime site supporters have a Thanks icon they can use to thank folks. Otherwise you can add to their rep or thank them in post! Plenty of smilies available too!
