2008 patriot driveline vibration

Hoping someone can help out here. My 2008 patriot has a pretty noticeable shudder through the driveline at speeds from 30-45mph and then goes away and runs smooth at hwy speeds. If I go into manual shift mode and bring the revs up higher at that same 30-45mph speed there is no difference in the vibration. Engine is running super smooth so it has me stumped. It has about 90,000 miles on it and I am wondering about the cvt needing the fluid changing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
