I bought my Patriot brand new last year, it's the 2013 Patriot Latitude, and I've had an problem with Uconnect since day one and my dealer has no idea how to fix it. Here's the problem...
If I receive a call, I have no issues. If I dial a call or voice command Uconnect to dial a contact, it rings once or twice and then says "Phone call completed." The crazy thing is that the call is Not completed and still calling on my phone.
It's as if Uconnect has the phone for a second and then thinks its not there and stops the service.
