I just ordered my front speakers from crutchfield completing my all around speaker swap.
-Infinity 6032 6.5's rear
-Boston Acoustics SE95 6x9's front
** (crutchfield site said these would not fit, but the the reviews had 2 people saying they had them in their wj's) but I have not recieved them yet. Any input as to what I might have to do to get them in there without obstructing the window?)
-Unsure what the tweeters I put in were
Deck is Sony CDX-GT200 I believe

**I am planning on swapping out the factory Infinity amp with a Alpine MRP-350, and hoping someone can walk me through this process?

Any help much appreciated as I was told I should just bring it in and get it done for $150-200 that I really don't want to spend.

That's the only thing I have read on potentially upgrading the sound in the WJ. Its further down my list since I still need to tackle the suspension.

Hopefully someone will shed some light on what they have done.

Yeah, I recently decided to hold on to this one for a while longer and have quite a handful I need to take care of this summer, suspension included, but I figure I might as well treat myself before forking out a handful on maintnence and tires along w/ wheel refurbish and powdercoating

Scratch that.. found a set of wheels/tires I can't pass up, so hopefully see them on next week. Still waiting on my backordered BA 6x9's though so the stereo is still a work in progress. After looking in my dash, I realized I never swapped my aftermarket tweeters out of my '98 gc when she got totaled.. I've been told that I should just go get a cheapy set from walmart and add crossovers directly to them.. Do I even need to swap the tweeters from factory or can I just re-wire the factory tweeters to the the front doors and install the crossover between?
