Infinity Speaker HELP!!!

I need help. I decided that I want to switch back to the stock infinity speaker system. I'm taking out my kicker KS speakers. When I installed my Kickers a few years ago I, for some dumb reason, cut the speaker harness. I figured out which is (+) and (-) on the wire, but i cant figure out which is (+) or (-) on the speaker. If anyone has a picture of the wiring harness or know which is which, it would really help me out. I'm assuming that once I figure it out, they will all be similar. (example: the left is always (+))

My mistake!!

6x9 Infinity Speaker

Which terminal is (+) and (-).

All I can suggest is hook it up both ways and the one that sounds "tinny" is wrong. If I didn't have to take the door panel out to check it I'd snap a picture for you.

Re: Infinity Speaker HELP!!!

Dumermuthjared,

It appears from the diagram below that the "single solid" colors are always the speaker positives.

Perhaps by comparing the diagram to the amp under the seat he could see the wire colors ? I haven't looked but every amp I've ever seen you can see the wiring for the speakers.

You are correct, the diagram does not show single/solid colors! Fortunately, the diagram speaks for itself... I was viewing wire colors from a different diagram (post receiver).

Based on the attached diagram the wire sets are common in color, with a red line added to the positive wire and a black line added to the negative wire.
