Looking to replace my factory radio with this! (HELP!!)

So I've had this laying around for awhile now I've never done this before so can someone show me a guide on how to install it and what I need also it didn't come with the iPod connection and I haven't been able to find it any links would be helpful T.I.A

You need to buy one of these...it would plug in to the stock connectors, then you splice up the wires and match it with the new head unit.

I have to check mine out, i have the same unit installed and i never really bothered to check since I dont use them to begin with.... I'll check it in the morning and will let you know.

So those would be better than the standard cable that comes with the unit? I thought you would be able to control the iPod threw the radio?

Mine didnt come with the ipod connect option, thats why im using the second link cables.... Dont know how the cable looks like you might want to look here...

making this head unit work in your WJ will be no problems what so ever. BUT! steering wheel controls will ONLY work if the radio is compatible with steering wheel controls. If you need any help, PM me. I used to install radios for a job but got tired of dealing with the company and small breakable cheap interior pieces.
