I have changed the plugs, injectors, and coil pack and I am still getting the misfire code. The jeep runs rough at 45-50 mph and won't rev higher than 3000 rpm, at which it feels as though there is a rev limiter on it. Didn't start doing this till my wife ran it for a half mile while overheated. Is there something I may be missing or is this an internal engine problem?

You didnīt mention in your other post that it overheated. Did you already do a compression test? Can be that the head gasket is bad, or the head cracked due to the overheating.
