Re: 2000 grand cherokee 4.7 cutting off

Welcome to the garage.
Does the engine just die in any kind of circumstance, or is there a certain condition that it happens (ie: standing still, only driving etc)
As far i could see for now, are the codes you have, transmission related. I have to dig into this a bit more before i can come with any solution.
Im just wondering what in the transmission will shut down the engine. When the engine dies, does it feel as on a car with manual transmission and you brake but don't push the clutch?

Re: 2000 grand cherokee 4.7 cutting off

Just seeing now that you put different fault codes in your two posts. First need to know the exact fault codes, before making the wrong conclusions.
