Those are injector error codes for Cyclinder 7&8 run the jeep down in gas load it up with Injector cleaner and run it.

Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ - Diagnostic Trouble Codes

those codes could be a large # of things from bad injectors to bad control module. Here a tip pull the Negative or postive side of the battery turn the headlights on to discharge the system and make sure the wiring on 7&8 are fully seated take em off clean em up if you see corrosion.

Basically the PCM isn't seeing the Injector responding.

Re: 2000 Wj 4.7 Limited CEL

I was thinking about the injectors but the thing is it says it's the wiring, so it shouldn't be a problem with the actual cylinders, I'll try to check the pcm when I am home.

Now when I'm driving it feels like the truck is hesitant, like it's trying to hard when I'm accelerating, and it started accelerating the rpm when I am stopped.

Re: 2000 Wj 4.7 Limited CEL

Injector codes can also be set due to a problem with the TPS.
Now that your rpm rises when stopped also points toward the TPS.
What is that Intoxalock BAIID?

If you didnt notice any driveability concerns, Frank got it, its your Throttle Position Sensor.
