2002 Jeep Grandcheokee ac not cooling fast

Hi,

I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee but the ac is not cooling fast...it take about 30 minutes for it to get to 40 degree out the vent (measured with a thermometer).

I have already:
1. changed the blend doors
2. checked the vaccum lines
3. Had system recharged.

Any help you could provide in troubleshooting is appreciated...

Compressor cycling properly?
Line freezing up?
To much oil or freon doesnt help.
Blow out your condenser in front.

Another other possibility... it is turning the heater on.

Will presume it is being tested by setting it to max cool and recirc.

What did the place that recharged it say? Did they pump and recharge [the only correct method for that new a vehicle] or just toss in a can of refrigerant with or without oil?
