2004 Grand Cherokee Air Conditioning Control
The button for interior circulating air broke (the surface of the button) on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Unfortunately, to replace this button one must replace the entire sealed air conditioning & hearting control unit. I have found a replacement - which was easy to remove from a wrecked 2004 Jeep because the vent panel (above) and heated seat control panel (below) had already been removed. The air conditioning & heating control unit was held in by four phillips screws (two above and two below) that would normally be hidden by the adjacent panels My question is how do I remove the panels above and below to access the screws that hold in the air conditioning & heating control unit without damaging these adjacent panels. That is, there are no visible screws holding these adjacent panel in - so it is not obvious how to remove these panels. Are they to be pried out?
Thanks to anyone who can provide some advice.
