4.0 Rough-Rough Idle

Small very irritating problem. Engine running well, fuel cleaner-2 mo, new plugs, new coil packs, new crankshaft sensor. BUT..at idle its a very small rough idle that makes all of plastic parts in the jeep rattle like. But if you touch the throttle .001% it smoothes out. Its idling at 600 or 700 rpm's. WTH?

Re: 4.0 Rough-Rough Idle

I would try some seafoam in the fuel. It can be that the fuel injector(s) are dirty and the spray pattern disturbed. Probably removing them and cleaning them ultrasonic would be the best.
