So the progressive coupling inside the T-case has a problem. The T-case has to be split to get access to it and i think that this coupling canīt be repaired, just changed. You could look for an other T-case at the junkyard, however you never know what you get. If you are handy, you could split the T-case yourself and change the coupling. No idea about the price though.

If indeed your 247 is bad you might want to consider a 242HD swap. This may be a cheaper alternative for you plus gives you the ability to have a locked 50/50 torque split in 4 hi part time,the same thing you have now in 4 hi full time without a viscous coupler and a 2 wheel drive option. http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f310/...d-swap-510546/
