a few fuses... a few diff. problems. pls. take a peek.

Last week - no incident that I know of.. I have the following issues.
1) auto headlights don't turn on (night, they are off unless manually turned on)
2) dome lights are "ON" unless physically turned "off" (a bi(#h at night
(yes, checked all doors, etc)
3) sentry doesnt honk when locking doors
4) temp isn't displayed
5) windows dont work
6) seatbelt indicator is lit up

checked back window
checked under seat for loose connection
there are 5 fuses not getting power with my stick
i think they were 14,15,16, 31 and maybe 23...

thanks for any help. I gather it could be a relay.. I've never looked at that before.

Re: a few fuses... a few diff. problems. pls. take a peek.

This kind of problems is mostly a broken wire in the drivers door boot. You could try a battery disconnect first, since sometimes the BCM can freeze up.
Also have a look at fuse #3 in the PDC under the hood, which is feeding all mentioned fuses. Fuse #31 if from the starter relay circuit, so will only get power when starting.
The BCM is involved in most of the functions you have mentioned, so there could be a problem there as well.

For some reason the BCM freezes with the wire broken. The battery will have to be disconnected to reset the BCM.
