My jeep 2001 Laredo-had recently got repairs of tie rod-wheel bearings-Now notice when going over bumps sometimes will make a scraping notice awww any ideas-heard could be sway bar bushings shocks -funny my mechanic just done repairs charged allot-why this wasn't found before -help

When the noise was not there before the repairs where made, then probably something what was changed during this repair is causing the scrapping noise. I would take it back to your mechanic for him to have a look at it. There probably will be some wear marks on the part which is making the scrapping sound, at least when it comes from contact with an other part.
