Advice on 2002 Grand Cherokee 4wd

Last night I noticed white smoke after a coolant leak from one of the smaller hoses on top of the manifold. I just put a new radiator in last fall and it seems as though its not on the bottom or gravity would most likely drain the coolant out.

Any suggestions before I tackle it today?

Thank you,
