Bcm

I cannot get my fogs to work and have checked the fuse, bulbs and indicator stalk. Have tested for power at the plugs and nothing.
I know there is a mini relay (85) which I am pretty sure is located on or around the BMC.
My last attempt at looking for it behind the glove box hasn't gone well

Is the BCM located above the fuse box and tucked behind the dash?
I have noticed relays up there???

As I am turning into passion fingers when it comes to fixing things on the Jeep, Could someone please put me out of my misery with a location of the BCM and is there an easy way to get to it.
The threads and forums I have looked at say just remove 2 screws. but the 2 bolts I can see seem to be holding two plates with wiring behind it and I really don't wont to damage anything else.

Module:

Body Control Module

Location:

Attached to the Junction Block, under the driver's side of the instrument panel.

Function:

The BCM utilizes integrated circuitry and information carried on the Programmable Communications Interface (PCI) data bus network along with many hard wired inputs to monitor many sensor and switch inputs throughout the vehicle.The BCM supports many body electrical features such as Interior Lighting, Exterior Lighting, Intermittent Wipers, Remote Radio, Accessory Delay, and Heated Seats.

The relay is mounted in the topside of the junctionblock, see attached picture.
The BCM is attached on the back side of the junction block, but there is not much to see at it, its just an electronic box.

Can you advise if it comes out as a whole piece?
Or, do I have to disassemble the bottom part of the dash to get to it?

Never done it myself, but here is what the manual says:

REMOVAL
WARNING: ON VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH AIRBAGS,
DISABLE THE AIRBAG SYSTEM BEFORE
ATTEMPTING ANY STEERING WHEEL, STEERING
COLUMN, OR INSTRUMENT PANEL COMPONENT
DIAGNOSIS OR SERVICE. DISCONNECT AND ISOLATE
THE BATTERY NEGATIVE (GROUND) CABLE,
THEN WAIT TWO MINUTES FOR THE AIRBAG SYSTEM
CAPACITOR TO DISCHARGE BEFORE PERFORMING
FURTHER DIAGNOSIS OR SERVICE. THIS
IS THE ONLY SURE WAY TO DISABLE THE AIRBAG
SYSTEM. FAILURE TO TAKE THE PROPER PRECAUTIONS
COULD RESULT IN ACCIDENTAL AIRBAG
DEPLOYMENT AND POSSIBLE PERSONAL
INJURY.
(1) Disconnect and isolate the battery negative
cable.
(2) Remove the instrument panel fuse cover.(Refer
to 8 - ELECTRICAL/POWER DISTRIBUTION/FUSE
COVER - REMOVAL).
(3) Access and disconnect the instrument panel
wire harness connectors from the BCM (Fig. 3).
(4) Remove the mounting screws (Torx T-20) that
secure the BCM to the JB.
(5) Pull the BCM straight out towards the dash
panel far enough to disconnect the integral BCM to
JB connector.
(6) Remove the BCM.

But did you check the relay first and swap it with an other equal one?

Just waiting to see if my aircon dies again and if so will complete repairs to the relay when I get to pull out the dash
