I checked the plug in the third picture and was unable to remove the plug and I assume it's melted together because where the red wire goes in, it is black/burnt in color. When I had removed blower to test it, it turned snug by hand.

So if the plug does not remove from controller, do I also need a new controller, repair kit for harness, and since the blower motor doesn't easily spin, should I also replace that?

Re: Blower Motor Not Blowing Air

You didnīt mention before that the blower motor isnīt turning that well. The higher current needed to turn a damaged blower motor, could cause the connector to melt, when the contacts inside the connector have some resistance.
So yeah, you probably have to change the blower motor as well. I have no idea about the price of a new controller, but would try again to remove the connector, maybe with some tools. If it breaks, you had to change it anyway.

Re: Blower Motor Not Blowing Air

Yep, just like the resistor on the standard hvac boxes this is the culprit on the dual zone typically. Mopar does sell a terminal repair kit that I HIGHLY suggest you get with the new controller. (Mopar PN 05102406AA)

If you turn your hvac knob on then grab this 3 wire connector the likely hood of it cutting in and out (or just turning on at least for a little while) is pretty good. VERY common.

Replaced harness with your mopar PN, and problem is now fixed. Would also replace blower, but trying to sell the WJ for a newer model.
