Exclamation Blower motor resister lose wire conection problem

99 jeep grand cherokee limited blower motor resister with automatic temp comtrol i have a wire conection problem the resister has two gruops of wires one group has two wires a red and black and the other group has three and look like the can be taken off the resister i need to know how to take one of the three wires off the black one it has a lose conectoin when i press down on that wire the blower comes on so if yo can tell me ow to disconct that wire corectly so i can strip it and re install it and if you can tell me how to reinstall the wire corectly please help

Welcome to the garage.
I have never had problems with my controller (automatic temp control has no resistor, but an electronic controller with infinite blower positions), but many times the problem is a melted connector due to bad contact. Are you sure the problem is one of the wires coming out of the controller itself?
