broke steering wheel

Was attempting to remove steering wheel to replace clock spring. Its a 99GC LTD. was using two jaw puller and the left jaw broke a chunck outa the weak *#@ pot metal . Now there is nothing to grab a hold of. (even sprayed penetrating oil on hub prior to) The wheel didnt move a micro millimeter. Any ideas on how to get this thing off would be greatly appreciated.
