Can anyone tell me how to replace vacuum line on 2000 WJ Grand Cherokee

I have a 2000 WJ Grand Cherokee 6 cyl. and the cruise control and vent selector is not working. I found that the vacuum line is broken just behind the passenger side head lamp. I have a replacement line (part # 55115901AC) and replacement vacuum reservoir (part # 551158998 B371G).

What do I have to remove to access the vacuum reservoir? Has anyone had success doing this themselves? Instructions?

If it just the hard plastic line that is broken, as long as not brittle, you can just slide a piece of rubber vaccuum hose over both of them and make a splice like that.

Any auto parts store should have an assortment of hose that will fit snuggly.

If you are really in to change the vacuum reservoir:......................
REMOVAL
The vacuum reservoir is located in the right/front
corner of the vehicle behind the front bumper fascia
(1) Remove front bumper and grill assembly.
(2) Remove 1 support bolt near front of reservoir
(3) Remove 2 reservoir mounting bolts.
(4) Remove reservoir from vehicle to gain access to
vacuum hose ). Disconnect vacuum hose from
reservoir fitting at rear of reservoir.
INSTALLATION
The vacuum reservoir is located in the right/front corner
of the vehicle behind the front bumper fascia
(1) Connect vacuum hose to reservoir.
(2) Install reservoir and tighten 2 bolts to 3 Nm
(25 in. lbs.) torque.
(3) Install front bumper and grill assembly
