Re: Car wont run

So measure the battery voltage with engine off, which should be 12.7 V when completely charged or around the 12V when almost discharged, and measure it again with the engine running, which should get you a 13.5-14 V.
When you start the engine, is the starter turning fast, or does it turn slow, which already could be an indication of low battery voltage.
You didnīt put any fuel injector cleaner in the fueltank by the way during the tuneup? I had done that before, and ended up with acceleration problems. I didnīt measure the fuel pressure, but after changing the fuel filter/pressure regulator, the problem was solved.

Re: Car wont run

P1391 = intermittent loss of crank or cam position signal.
The cam sensor is mounted on the right hand cylinder head (seen from drivers position) at the fwd side. Check the connector if its snug in place. If it is, just remove it and check for dirt or corrosion and clean with electrical contact cleaner.
The crank sensor is a bit more difficult to access, its mounted on the right hand side of the engine block, just above the starter motor. You need to remove the starter motor to get access to it. Also check very well the wires going to both sensors.
Still strange though that all previous codes are gone now and this one came in place of those.
Maybe also a good idea to clean the plugs on the PCM. Remove the negative battery cable before removing any connector.

Re: Car wont run

Ok I've just got under the car and found on the right side near the lower control arm the back bolt there is a plug that has a plastic clamps that are attached to the brake line I don't know what it is but it looks like it's melting the wires that are coming out of it are white and white with blue line

Re: Car wont run

Is the connector touching some exhaust part? Checking the wiring manual, the wires you mentioned are most probably from the right wheel speed sensor. The manual mentiones at least a twisted wire bundle of a white wire and a white/dark blue wire.
And regarding the starter motor, its just below the crank position sensor, so i would have a look at the connector and wiring there.

Re: Car wont run

The wire looks like it could be it heads to the wheel it's not touching any thing hot it looks like its heated up from the in side coz the clips that hold it are melted as well

Re: Car wont run

No ABS light on? Those wires carry low amps, so shouldn't warm up at all
