Clunk after rolling 5 feet

04 WJ with 95,000 miles, 4.0L engine. When I come to a stop, take my foot off the brake and start to roll, I feel/hear a clunk that's seems to come from the center line. This doesn't happen every time, only occasionally. Feels like it shifts a bit hard from 1st to 2nd too.
I just changed the tranny fluid and filter last weekend (this started before then) and while I had it on the lift I checked the u-joints and they seem to be fine.
Transmission issue? Something else?
