I recently fixed the dome light, evic and rear wiper not working. Now the dome lights do not come on when the door is open. If I turn the key then the lights work. Any thoughts?

Didn't you say that you where using different slots with different power supply then it originally was? Could be that you are using an ignition switch switched power source now. What was exactly the change you did on the JB and which slots are you using now?

The dome lights should be ok, but the wiper motor is connected to a circuit with wiring sufficient to carry the current? Which source or slot did you use?

I used slot 30 on JB-C1 for the EVIC. It is a AUX power. Then I used slot 32 on JB-C1 for the dome lights and rear wiper. It is a constant power. The gauge of wire for the EVIC (Blue/white stripe) is smaller than the Wiper/lights (pink). So I figured the EVIC is probably not a constant power wire. What are your thoughts? Everything is working as advertized right now.

The EVIC for sure is ok.
The circuit from slot 32 has a 10A fuse on the JB (fuse7), while the rear wiper motor normally uses a 15A fuse. The wiring itself should be ok, the power wire into the JB is a gauge 10 wire. Slot 32 is used for export jeeps for the external siren or remote keyless module for japanese market.
If the fuse 7 blows, you can always change it for a 15A. Sentry key, BCM and automatic zone control module are also fed via this same fuse 7.
