Electric issues

Hi every one,

Hope some one could help me one strange electric problem, Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4 year 2000.
Some time let's say in a random way the control panel from a normal function, just become crazy because must of the gauges, temp, battery, fuel level, rpm are gone or they just work in a random way, or window are not working.

I check the battery, engine off 12volt, engine on nearly 14 volt.

I found out by chance, that disconnecting minus battery connector everything returns to normal, well till next time.

Does any one have any experience of a kind, and found a solution?

Thank's for listening.

Re: Electric issues

Welcome to the garage.
This seems to be a failing PCI data bus. Moisture in connector C200 (up in passengers footwell area) can cause problems as you described.
