Front axle seals replacement and now vibration

I just had my front axle seals replaced and pinion seal.with new caliper hardware. Well now I have a grinding thumping vibration. At 55 its bearable 60+ front end shakes. Slight turn of steer wheel it goes away slightly. And Mr. Mechanic is hard to get ahold of him....what can I check my self?
