Re: fuel gauge not going up to full

I had the same problem on my overland 2004 some months ago. The fuel gauge showed now and then a just about half tank when I new it was more in the tank. Sometimes it was OK after I restarted the car. I decided to wait until it would get worse but strangely I have not seen this behaviour for weeks now. Seems to be self maintainance :-). I was told by a experienced grand cherokee mechanic that this would probably be some connector problem.
