Full gasket set issue!?

Hi guys, as some of you may know, I am rebuilding my 4.7 HO from ground up. It had a broken valve spring which lead to a hole in my piston.... lol. The block and head are at the machine shop now... but I was wondering what the difference between the full gasket set for a 4.7 & a 4.7 HO are? Aren't the internals just different? Would it effect the gaskets that I get? The standards on ebay are about $150-$200 and the HO's are $850?!?!? Please let me know... thanks
