Re: Grand cherokee wj rear wiper problems

Could be wiring, but could also be a problem with a limit switch inside the wiper motor or the flip-up glass ajar switch.

Re: Grand cherokee wj rear wiper problems

Am going to run some tests on the motor and the wiper stalk when I get chance
Bloody floods have been stoping me
And now got to help me dad do some work on his jeep
Upgrading brakes and figuring out y it don't like starting when left
But I will update when I have figured and hopefully fixed the issue

Andrew B is on a distinguished road
Mine did this. It would be fine then go on and off till it didn't go any more. I replaced the motor and everything was fine. Got it for around $50 used on eBay and put it in myself. Took 40 min and was working great.

Re: Grand cherokee wj rear wiper problems

Just to update it was my motor the circuit board must have died
Or came loose as when I took it off the board fell out on the floor but didn't try it after I put it back together
