Can anyone help with what fuses I need to connect the heated seats as I don't have an owners manual .

Is it the C2 20A fuse in interior fuse panel by left knee?

The '04 manual (closest you can download for free) is available at link below. '99-'04 are very close and I had an '02 and this was my heated seat fuse. If it's blown have you done the heated seat wiring mod? They are notorious for overheating and actually burning the foam underneath.

I will just add the 99-00 manual pages for the heated seats here. The 20A is not a fuse, but a circuit breaker, which resets automatically.
There is also a fuse in the heated seat circuit, which is fuse 20 (10A) on the junction block.
