This might be a bit of a stab in the dark, but have you removed the disc to see if there's anything trapped behind it? I say this cause mine wine was making a similar noise, but it wasn't as constant, more like it whined once every full rotation. But it was the same sort of high pitched squeal.
I took the disc off to find a whole load of crap behind it. Cleaned it up and the noise was gone.
If it is the CV coupling, the noise probably will change when making a turn. Did you try that? If the noise stays the same, its probably the wheel bearing.
I'd say hub bearing. That is exactlly the sound I had coming from the right front. Mine would come and go. It made no difference as to the outdoor temp. or if I had driven awhile or not.
I started a thread like you did and later I followed up with some info concerning where I got my bearing hubs, the three holding bolts (there size, thread and length) and where you could rent a puller to get the hub out without using a hammer! I do both sides and the noise is gone. Other than later on having an issue with the lug nuts, things are good. Your video is a good way of describing the noise!
