High oil pressure reading on my wj

I was driving this night and all of a suden i look at my dash and my oil pressure is up to 80! i got no check engine or any lights light up. I hear no weired knocks or anything i checked my dipstick and the oil is just above the dont overfill line.
sould i be worried i was reding online that it might be my sending uint as i was havign problems with it some time ago the needle dropping when i stopped and whent up when accelerated.

Check the Oil Pressure Sending Unit.

X2. The oil pressure sending unit is known to fail after some time of use. Fairly cheap part to change.
Also you will never get a check engine light for high nor low oil pressure, you only get a check gauges light and chime when the pressure is too low
