Just put the fluid in the reservoir and start the engine. In the beginning the fluid forms a lot of foam and you will hear the pump make a lot of noise. Stop the engine and let the foam return into fluid and fill the reservoir again. When the foaming stopped, move the steering wheel around 20 times stop to stop, but don´t keep it at the stops for prolonged times, because the pump will be max loaded. Keep an eye on the fluid level and refill when needed. You have the 4.7L with hydraulic cooling fan? Then you could remove the coolant temp sensor connector (in between alternator and AC compressor), so that the cooling fan goes into high speed mode and adds in deaerating the system. You will only get a check engine light for this, which you will have to reset with a scanner. The first few days keep an eye on the fluid level and add when needed.
