Upper control arm ball joint is a frequent issue on these rigs. It's at the top of the rear cross member (looks like a big steel boomerang). It's a real PITA to get to, but you can replace just the ball joint. They are pretty cheap actually. Another thing to really look at is the shock bolts. I replaced mine with some from a local hardware store because the shocks would rattle on the stock bolts. You really need to tighten them down. Lastly, make sure your sway bar is bolted securely to the perches on the axle.
