Macgyvers of the Autoworld, I need help with a dent

I picked up this Jeep a couple months ago and the only issue remaining is a small dent above the front left tire. (Photo below) No paint issues. I've heard a lot about PDR guys and heading to the shop. However, I know this can be pricy.

My question is: Do you know any methods to remove this dent??? I bought a rubber dent remover but its too big.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

You could try to brace a bottle jack behind it and try to pop that dent back out.

I had one of those dents and hate to be the bearer of bad news. But even a PDR guy is not going to be able to do anything because of where the dent is. I talked to five different PDR guys and they all told me the same thing. Because it rests on a body linethere is nothing that you can do about it but have it repaired at a regular body shop

I don't know if its the same in the US as it is in the UK but used wings (fenders) can be picked up for virtually nothing in junk yards over here. It's bolt on and easy to replace so why not just get a replacement wing in the same color from a junk yard?
