More electrical woes 02 WJ

Today I had to replace my heater fan and resistor. In order to get at one screw to remove the blower motor I had to unplug the large electrical connection under the passenger side kick panel. I replaced the fan and resistor and they work but now my windows won't operate from any switch, my locks will operate from their own switches and the key fob. I also have nothing other than the compass on the console and the e brake light and abs light on the dash. I'm assuming the large connection was to the bcm and it needs to be reset...how the hell do I do that ? Or am I wrong and something else is screwed thanks Lance

Re: More electrical woes 02 WJ

Seems that the PCI data bus is interrupted. I would have a look at the large connector you had disconnected and check for any damage or pushed back pin(s) and if the connector is seated well.
